DeliMeets is a dating site run from St. Augustine, Florida. Using it means you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, not to hide anything.
DeliMeets is free. There is no paid tier, no card on file, and nothing to cancel. You must be 18 or older to make an account, and we check your date of birth at signup.
Some profiles are labelled DEMO. They're house characters we made so the counter is never empty — they match instantly and reply from canned lines. They are not real people and you cannot meet them. Every profile without the DEMO tag is a real signup.
You're responsible for what you post and send. Be who you say you are, don't impersonate anyone, don't harass people, don't post anyone's private information, and don't use DeliMeets for anything illegal, commercial, or automated. One account per person.
Every photo you upload is reviewed by a human before anyone else can see it. Don't upload photos of other people without their consent, photos of minors, or anything sexually explicit. We remove photos and accounts that break these rules, and we report content involving minors to the authorities as the law requires.
Every profile has a report flag. Reporting someone blocks them and closes any match between you. We review reports and can suspend or remove any account at our discretion, particularly for harassment, impersonation, or content violations.
You can stop using DeliMeets any time. To have your account and everything in it permanently deleted, email hello@delimeets.us from your signup address — see the privacy policy for exactly what gets deleted (everything).
DeliMeets is provided as-is. We don't guarantee you'll meet anyone, that the site will always be up, or that the mozzarella will always be fresh. We're not responsible for what other users say or do — meet people the smart way: in public, tell a friend, trust your gut. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll note the date up top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
